Introduction

I am a 49 year old Spanish language teacher, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am graduated as a psychologist and I am interested in linguistics and the learning process. I have been certified as a Spanish language tutor by Academia Buenos Aires and by The University of Salamanca.
I have been teaching Spanish since 2002.

Teaching style

My teaching expreciense has mainly be in the private sector for private students. I have never worked for an institute.
My students have mainly been adults and seniors who lived here (Argentina) and needed the language to survive or foreigners who live abroad and want to learn the language and culture.

Each student has their aim and interests. Learning a language can go from starting from zero or improving what the person already has. So the lesson may be focused on communication or on grammar or even in a particular discipline for which the student needs the Spanish language (say medicine, psychology, tourism, etc.)

Hobbies

Languages, history, music, exercise in the park, friends.

I speak a total of 3 languages:
Spanish (Native), English (Advanced), Portuguese (Intermediate).

I've visited or lived in the following countries: USA, the UL, France, Spain, Brasil, Australia, NZ, Portugal, Peru.
